Letting Go of Painful Moments

How to structure the future so that it is not influenced by the past. Look at your life and see how situations of the past had made you judgmental. We are still carrying a lot of stuff and need to work out some way of letting go of this and being content with letting go because if you let go of something you have to find something to replace it with. Sometimes we like to hold on to sorrow because that’s how it shapes us. There is something in our psyche that seems to inspire us to look more at the negative than the positive things of the past , that it’s not interesting if it doesn’t have pain involved. Therefore, the next step is to find space to feel meaningful….
